How can Individual Therapy benefit you
It can be difficult to figure out what is wrong when we are not well. Individual therapy is a space to identify what is happening and begin to sort out your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and related challenges which are preventing you from being well. We will collaborate with you to do this sorting work and begin to name, express, and heal the things which are keeping you from experiencing holistic wellness.
